These Terms and Conditions apply to end user retail transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. Terms and conditions for Trade customers purchasing discounted volume/bulk trade order's are available on request, the terms and conditions listed below do not apply.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE ACCESS TO ANY PREMIUM PAY TV CHANNELS NOR DO WE PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR VIEWING ANY PREMIUM PAY TV CHANNELS. WE DO NOT PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR 3RD PARTY SOFTCAM'S, 3RD PARTY PLUGINS, IMAGES/SOFTWARE OR PATCHED FIRMWARE OF ANYKIND.
IMAGE FLASHING IS PROVIDED AS A FREE 'AS IS' SERVICE, WE DO NOT PROVIDE DIRECT SUPPORT FOR ANY 3RD PARTY LINUX/ENIGMA 2 IMAGE.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site. You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order, to ensure that you are familiar with the most current ones.

Please note that different terms (including prices, delivery charges, delivery times and returns policies) may apply to purchases made in our store.
Bank Transfers
Payment accepted by Bank Transfer, there is no surcharge for UK transfer. For foreign transfers over £50.00 please add £6.00 to cover bank charges. Bank details available upon request.
Handling Complaints
If you are unhappy with the service you have received we want to hear about it. Complaints can be submitted by Telephone, Fax or E-mail, we aim to respond within one working day.

Returns Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 working days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Subscription based products cannot be returned once activated.
Faulty items returned for repair or exchange, where no fault can be found, may be charged a test fee of £20.00 + Return Carriage + VAT
Outside the 7 day cooling off period, if accepted for return, non-faulty mail order goods correctly supplied will be charged a restocking fee of 25% on the original purchase price. Within the Distance Selling Regulations 7 day cooling off period no handling charge will be made. For items returned under the DSR's consumers have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of any products in their possession and as such we request items be returned in their original packaging, unused, unopened and in original saleable condition. All returns must be accompanied with a valid RMA number, obtained prior to return. Any returns postage will be the responsibility of you the customer. DSR's do not apply to customers outside the UK.
